What is the Co2 Saver Theme?

The high Co2 level in our atmosphere is the main cause of global warming. And we, the people on the planet are the cause of these high levels. When the temperature rise, gletchers and ice melt faster than usual and even when winter sets in the water that used to turn back into ice does not.
